Release of Liability: When applying to participate in this competition, I agree to inspect the site where will be held the event and personally make sure the area is safe for the purposes of Surfing. In addition, reading and researching on all rules and laws in order to participate in this competition and I also will research the weather conditions and thus accept that voluntarily assume all risks arising from conditions related to the use of the place of skills for my other people.

In consideration of your acceptance of my participation I am relieving understand responsibility and exonerate the Department of Recreation and Sport (DRD), the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DNER), the organizers and all sponsors  at the event, as well as all the officers, staff, agents and persons working in the event of any cause of action or claim by reason of injuries and damages that may occur during my participation in the competition. 

I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have entrained for this event and therefore granted the sponsors and all partners of the relay event financial responsibility and obligation as described here in. Besides, if I prove winner, participated in the final event, or am winning any prize granted by the LSC  or the organizers, I agree through this document to attend the awards ceremony at the end of the competition and grant full authority to the Legend Surf Classic,Inc and its sponsors to use photo images that could reach losing privileges or prizes won in competition or through the year. I also understand and agree that once paid registration for the competition no refund. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the above.
